Privacy Policy - Gaadi Bazaar

Gaadi Bazaar ("the app") lets people in India post items for sale (vehicles, tractors, phones, property and more) and contact sellers by call, WhatsApp or SMS.

Information we collect

• Listing details you enter: item name, price, year, state, city, description, photos and your mobile number.
• Email address and password (only if you create an account): used to sign in through Firebase Authentication. Passwords are handled by Firebase and are never visible to us.
• Anonymous ID: a random ID created by Firebase Authentication so we know which listings you posted. It is not linked to your name.
• Reports: if you report a listing, we store the listing ID, reason and your anonymous ID.
• We do not collect your GPS location, contacts, or payment information.

What is public

Everything in a listing, including the mobile number and photos you add, is visible to all users of the app. Do not enter information you do not want to share.

How we use it

To show your listing to buyers, let buyers contact you, prevent fraud and spam, and review reports. We do not sell your data and do not show ads.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication), which may process data on servers outside India. See Google's privacy policy for details.

Your choices and deleting data

• You can delete your account and all your listings inside the app: tap "Account" (top right), then "Account aur meri saari posts hatayein".
• You can delete your own listing inside the app (open it and tap "Ye post hatayein").
• To delete all your data or request removal of a listing, email us at the address below with your listing details.
• You can block a seller from the listing page to hide their posts.

Children

The app is not meant for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
